Dear friends and colleagues,

After fifteen years, performing countless dental procedures and, unfortunately, seven separate surgeries on my hands and arms, I've decided, (actually, my surgeon decided for me) to hang up my dental instruments - at least for a while. This doesn't mean that I am leaving Colorado Kids Pediatric Dentistry. To the contrary!! I will be increasing my day-to-day management duties in the office, envious of my colleagues who get to hang out with you and your kids! Also, I will finally have time to pursue one of my long time dreams of educating the community about the most common preventable disease of childhood - DENTAL CAVITIES!

I want to assure you that Colorado Kids Pediatric Dentistry will continue to provide the highest level of compassionate, responsible oral health care that started over thirty years ago with Dr. Jim Norwood. This legacy will continue because, after searching nationwide, I have personally selected three amazing pediatric dentists to work with me: Dr. Kathleen Waguespack (2014), Dr. Julie LeBlanc (2015), and Dr. Kathryn Hiegert (2015). These wonderful doctors are all moms (The Mom Squad) who share my commitment to provide superb, conservative, and comfortable dentistry for your children. We will continue to put the needs of your children first and foremost in all of our clinical decisions. And, of course, we will always deliver a fun and engaging environment for our child patients and their families.

I am truly thankful for the wonderful relationship we have built with you and your children over the years and am excited to continue that relationship as we move forward in the future.

Wishing you and your families a wonderful holiday season and Happy New Year!
